If applicable law requires any warranties with respect to the * Software, all such warranties are limited in duration to thirty (30) days * from the date of download or first use, whichever comes first. * * Limitation of Liability. This Agreement and the licenses granted hereunder * are effective on the date you accept the terms of this Agreement, download * the Software, or use the Software, whichever comes first, and shall * continue unless this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this section. * This Agreement immediately terminates in the event that you materially * breach any of the terms hereof. You may terminate this Agreement at any * time, with or without cause, by destroying any copies of the Software in * your possession. The United Nations * Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not * apply to this Agreement.
