Specific profile for a restricted-access SS4200-based backup machine

This profile provides:
* sundry console access ports (bash-completion, bash-config, clpbar, flag, freebsd-rc, screen, sudo)
* simple mail handler to pass everything off to network MTA (ssmtp)
* gkrellm daemon for centralized monitoring (gkrellmd)
* stuff to support receiving backups via the rsync+ssh protocol (rsync)
* stuff to make sure the disks are operating properly (e2fsprogs for badblocks, smartmontools)
* APC UPS control interface (apcupsd)
