Include the "show recent changes for: 1 days | 3 days | ..." button bar as part

Include the "show recent changes for: 1 days | 3 days | ..." button bar as part
of the RecentChanges header.

The buttons link to the current page.  (Whether it be RecentChanges, RecentEdits,
or whatever.)  They just override the number of days listed.
