It's bad enough people can't figure out to use the same code, or in
this case, ugly macros, but the data tables can be reused:

Put one copy of the software HDLC tables in its own file.
sys/conf/files.i386 diff | blob | history
sys/i4b/layer1/i4b_hdlc.c [new file with mode: 0644] blob
sys/i4b/layer1/i4b_hdlc.h diff | blob | history
sys/i4b/layer1/itjc/i4b_hdlc.h diff | blob | history
