   5 UID:     The user ID you wish to assign to the anonymous FTP user.
   6          All files uploaded will be owned by this ID.

   8 Group:   Which group you wish the anonymous FTP user to be in.

  10 Comment: String describing this user in /etc/passwd

  15         Where files available for anonymous FTP will be kept.

  19         Where files uploaded by anonymous FTP users will go.
  20         If you do not wish to allow anonymous uploads, then this
